Diversity and inclusion expert Catherine Grinyer founded the business in 2012.
Catherine is a communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience in PR, marketing, communications and public affairs.
Catherine was Chair of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Diversity (CIPR) Working Group from 2013-2017.
During this time she introduced a CIPR Excellence Award for recognising diversity and inclusion in communications campaigns, which she judged for two consecutive years.
Catherine is a CIPR accredited practitioner, a member of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) and a member of the UK Association for Accessible Formats (UKAAF).
She was recently appointed to the board of the British Assistive Technology Association.
